Prior to starting NurseShifts, in Alpharetta, Georgia and companion company, StaffHealth, Goldstein had success with other medical staffing organizations. He was previously President of PhysicianJobs.com.In 1992, William formed Nationwide Medical Services in Norfolk, VA. Under his guidance, this company grew exponentially. During its first six years in business, Nationwide’s revenue increased 300% per year. This growth allowed Nationwide to open additional offices in key locations. Nationwide joined the firm Jackson & Coker, in 1997, to become J&C Nationwide, the most well known brand in the industry. Will Goldstein remained CEO, until he sold it in 2004. The consolidated organization would service 165,000 physicians and healthcare professionals.

Then subject to a five year non compete clause, he would enter a new industry with RCG Companies, the publicly traded company that would subsequently become OneTravel Holdings OneTravel Holdings would become one of the leading leisure tour and travel operators in the United States, with brands such as SunTrips and 1800CHEAPSEATS.

Mr. Goldstein graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is an entrepreneur who has been responsible for the development of many companies.Mr. Goldstein began his professional career as an entrepreneur in 1987when he acquired a locksmith and security store with a single location in Norfolk, Virginia. He grew that business to four locations and in excess of 20 mobile units, before he sold the company, in 1992. Ever since, he’s been involved in healthcare and technology companies.
